Boarding
Arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure
Matching photo ID required at check in.
Renter is required to verify their identity prior to boarding.
The boat is not permitted to leave the dock until ID has been verified.
Yacht Rules
You’ll be cruising on someone’s private boat, so please treat it with care and respect.
Rules:
– No pets
– No smoking
– No illegal drugs (including marijuana)
– No open flames
– No red wine or red drinks
– No red foods or fruits
– No shoes on the boat
– No spray-on tanning lotion
– Obey the Captain at all times
Note: The Captain has the ability to terminate the charter at any time if the rules of the vessel are not followed. No refund will be issued if the Captain is forced to terminate the charter.
Security deposit
A hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental.
This rental requires a $1,700.00 security deposit. A hold (not a charge) for $1,700.00 will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your departure date.
This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations until 30 days before the departure date.
Cancellations between 14-30 days before the departure date receive a 50% refund of booking charges.
Booking charges for cancellations within 14 days of the departure date are non-refundable.
The Booking fee is non-refundable immediately after payment is made–regardless of departure date.
